Frequently Asked Questions
How do I prepare for my photoshoot?
Preparation:
Before we proceed, we will prepare a simple questionnaire for you of questions of your ride, like for example; Why do you go for your bike/car? what are your favorite parts of the bike/car you are most proud of? Whether you will want to include yourself or family in the photoshoot as well. With all these information, we will discuss further on your outfit and location of the shoot and to have a unique personalized experience with us.
The Shoot Day:
We would recommend a good wash on your car/motorcycle at least a day before but we will still do impromptu cleaning and polishing before the photoshoot. During the shoot, we will guide you on posing with your bike/car so you do not need to worry whether you know how to pose or not. We will take a number of shots in the shoot so you can have more choices of angles to choose from.
Viewing your photos:
We will be sending you a personalized link for you to view your photos in the comfort of your home, you are able to view the images in high resolution and can even share the online album with your family and friends. There are different types of options to display your photos from coffee table book album to large format canvas or poster prints.
How do I know that my session is confirmed?
Your session will be only confirmed when a deposit is received for the session. An email of confirmation of your shoot date and time with venue will be also sent to you via the email address you provided to us.
What happens when the weather turns bad or rainy on shoot day?
We are able to postpone the shoots to your next available time and date.
I have to cancel the photoshoot, is there any penalty?
As long as the photoshoot is canceled within a week prior to the photo shoot, there will be no penalty.
If the cancellation is made less than a week prior to the photo shoot, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
